Is biking at 60 a good idea?

Add weight-bearing : Everyone falls from a bike on occasion. So doing weight-bearing exercises to strengthen muscles and bones is important, getting into shape by using an exercycle is a good idea before getting on a bike again after months (or years). Riding with a helmet and reflective vest or shoes and tape is smart even if you were raised rising hands and helmet-free in the 50s and 60s! focus on safety :).
