No: Need an anti- thrombin agent not an anti platelet. It seems you are resistent to Coumadin (warfarin) therapy. An alternative may be to put in a greenfield filter and forget the coumadin (warfarin). Ofcourse i dont have all your history, but its worthlooking into.

Coumadin (warfarin) antagonist: You might have too much vitamin k, in your diet, which reverses coumadin (warfarin), (warfarin) or became resistant to coumadin (warfarin). Walking with a gradient compression stocking will be very helpful. Aspirin with Coumadin (warfarin) not recommended due to interactions.

Dvt: Do not mix aspirin and Coumadin Need evaluation to figure out why at 15 mg your INR is not therapeutic Question what other Meds are you on,do you take any vitamin supplements or homeopathic products like niacin or red yeast rice Coumadin detoxes thru the liver and is anti vitamin k Foods high on vitamin k interfere as do alcoholic beverages
