Highly variable: Yogurts contain many different strains of probiotics & the amount of live probiotics in yogurt is quite variable, so it is basically impossible to answer your question.While yogurt & other fermented foods like kefir & sauerkraut can be good sources of probiotics, i advise people take standardized products like culturelle & dr.Ohhira's probiotics to make sure they get therapeutic amounts.See comment:.
