Not by yourself: You should not interpret an MRI of the elbow by yourself, but should rely on an experienced Radiologist. Try to avoid Doctors in training and non-specialists, if you can. There are many abnormalities which can be seen in an MRI study of the elbow, some of which are important, and others are not. You can also ask your Doctor for a referral to a trusted colleague for a second opinion.
