Fugu: It depends on the type. Some of them contain the poison tetrodotoxin, making them poisonous, and there is a prestige / glamor to eating them -- they must be specially prepared by highly-trained chefs. There are a few fatalities around the world each year. If this is what you want to do, it is your decision.
