Meningioma: Meningioma is usually a slow-growing, benign tumor of the protective coverings of the brain/spinal cord. They can be found incidentally on MRI scans -- and unless pressing on other structures, they're usually observed rather than operated upon. I do know of cases where homeopathy has seemed to resolve such tumors. It requires astute, complete casetaking by a skilled professional homeopath.

No: There are no data to suggest that any homeopathy works for any cancer, including meningioma. Unless a person is providing these treatments for free, they are taking advantage of a particularly vulnerable patient population to make money.
