See a doctor: But first document whether or not you actually have fever by taking your temps several different times of day for the next several days and at the same times keep records of any and all associated symptoms you may perceive. Take this with you to your pcp and have them examine and test you further if necessary. Good luck and wish you better.

Fever?: That you "feel like [your] temperature is not normal" or that your "body is always hot" are simply feelings. They probably to not accurately indicate actual body temperature. Get a thermometer and take your tempturature. If it is normal (about 96.5 - 99F or 35.5-37.5C), then your body temperature is normal. If consistently higher (fever), see a doctor. Good luck!
