Sure: I've seen them priced with lifetime touch-ups. I see folks that had them in their 20s wearing glasses again a few years later. You get older. Things change.

Two LASIK surgeries : It is possible to have laser surgery more than once. Typically, you only perform the flap creation portion of lasik one time. If residual prescription needs to be treated after your original lasik surgery, then the original flap is either lifted to allow a second laser to ve performed or surface laser (prk) is performed on top of the old flap.
