Not usually!: A heart murmur only denotes an extra heart sound heard when we listen to the chest. Most of the time, this is absolutely nothing, either "innocent" or benign, and is just the flow of normal blood through the heart. In a very small % of patients, the murmur heard is due to a pathology in the heart. Depending on the pathology, and it's extent, a patient may have certain symptoms including fatigue.
