UNLIKELY: Your testes normally reside in the scrotum where the temperature is approximately 1/2 degree cooler than the rest of your body which is a safe temperature. It would take quite some time for your testes to heat up in the shower because they are protected by the scrotum. Unlike sitting in hot bath for hours at an end. So you should be safe. Perhaps limit hot tub time to 20 -30 minutes till a dad.

Doubtful: This would be an exceedingly unlikely cause of subfertility.
