Please explain more: What do you mean by colored? Vomiting substance can be bloody (esophgeal bleed), coffee ground ( stomach acid + blood), greenish to yellowish ( bile + acid secretion). How often are you vomiting? Is this a recurrent condition? Is alcohol consumption a possible cause? Do you experience acid reflux? Are you on anti-acid therapy? Please, provide more information.
