No, not likely: Everybody has yeast in tiny amounts. A problem occurs if one's yeast grows too much and starts causing symptoms (then we call it a yeast infection). Yeast overgrowth or infection probably takes a few days to develop.

Unlikely: The process of taking a PAP smear is unlikely to inoculate you with candida. It may be just the minor trauma of PAP that is causing the symptoms. If the symptoms persist beyond a couple of days, contact your doctor.
