I have 5 large round hard nots on.my head skull...they shrink ad grow..two are located on lower neck area and when i tern my neck sometimes i get shooting/shocking pain like something is getting cauhht up in my neck...what could this be iv had thes nots f

Probably lymph nodes: We have over 300 chains of lymph nodes on our heads/necks, and it's likely that what you're noticing is a few nodes that have been irritated and swollen up, and now are remaining big; this doesn't necessarily mean they are infected; sometimes the nodes get large when they are just doing their job. But if they work hard all the time, they stay large and you notice them.
