Possibly: In the adjuvant setting a hormone blocking agent such as an ai might be used. That would be for hormone sensitve tumors. In metastatic disease the situation can be more complicated. In that case Herceptin could be used as a maintaince agent. Other drugs such as tykerb, (lapatinib) perjetta might fill this role. If you could give more details, i can be more specific.

Nothing as good: I'm assuming you have completed chemotherapy and are now facing the year of herceptin (trastuzumab). I strongly encourage you to take it. Why? In the last decade, no treatment has decreased the risk of recurrence anywhere close to what Herceptin (trastuzumab) offers. Ask your doctor for your risk of recurrence with or without herceptin (trastuzumab). If cost is an issue, even 3 doses might be enough to make the difference!
