Our Fear and worries: I would not say it is common, but it is normal. Many people worry about life and death and what appears to be such a big unknown: cancer. We hear our friends tell stories or see our family members suddenly diagnosed with this unwanted problem. Having a good relationship with a caring provider can help to reassure you that all issues are being monitored. And, please let them know your worries.

Agree with Dr. K: Rather than worrying, you should adopt a healthy life style to prevent cancer. Have a healthy diet, exercise 30 minutes/day, drink plenty of water, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. For nutrition: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/.
