No insurance: This is becoming increasingly common in the us today unfortunately. It is distressing to both physicians and patients as we only control the cost of our labor. Physicians often give away services to the needy but our hands are tied when we need hospital and lab services to do our work. Check with your city social services to see if you qualify for assistance or see if your church can help you.
