Yes, you can gave a stomach virus (viral gastroenteritis) without diarrhea. Abdominal pain and nausea are consistent with that, but there are other possibilities, such as gastroesophageal reflux, a food intolerance, or infection from a food. Stress can also cause these symptoms, as can other issues. Be sure to stay well hydrated, eat a bland diet for now, and contact your doctor if it continues.
