3 months: It depends on how badly the spleen was damaged. Small cracks will heal in a matter of weeks. Significant damage can lead to other conditions. Usually by 3 months it is completely healed. It is important to avoid contact sports or other activities that could lead to reinjury as that could lead to massive hemmorage during the time it is healing.

Splenic injury : The length of time required for a splenic injury to heal will invariably depend on the grade on the injury ( i.e. Severity of the injury). It can take six weeks to several months for a complete recovery.
