It depends: If your child has other bleeding-ex: bleeds from gums when brush teeth, has prolonged bleeding from cuts, or bruises easily, have your child evaluated by a doctor. If the bleeding is always from the same nostril then also should be checked. If not and no signs allergies (which can cause bloody nose), use vaseline to outer nares one to two times/day, and humidify the air when sleeping.
