Breast cancer patien: Hrt has been implicated in the induction of breast cancer. If you have had this condition you should stop this especially if your tumor was estrogen positive. There is an increased risk of breast cancer in the post menopausal who take hrt to prevent menopausal symptoms so it is a personal choice of symptoms v. Risk. Discuss this with your ob0gyn.
