Unstable spine: With nerves at risk . Back pain surgery are attempts to change out uncomfortable strucures for more comfortable structures or to stop painful small joint movements although scarred muscle hurts and stiff joints arent always percieved as more comfortable works occasionally is very diagnosis and patient dependant patient selection is key.
