Dark is healthy: Dark chocolate over 75% is the only healthy chocolate. Do not let the advertisers get to you. Most commercial dark chocolate is only 40% so look for the label of at least 75% before buying. Its healthy because its low in sugar and loaded with antioxidants to help nourish the body.
