A member asked:

Is chocolate actually good for you?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No: Studies are constantly done to find beneficial effects of different foods. There are some substances in chocolate that may be beneficial, but you must keep it to small amounts, because if you eat a lot the obesity far out weighs any possible or imagined benefit. Usually these studies are done with dark chocolate and not milk chocolate.
