How's a poliovirus antibody level test performed?

Neutralization assay: Poliovirus antibodies are tested via neutralization assay for polio type 1, polio type 2, and polio type 3 separately. Protection to one type of polio does not protect you from the others. One needs to have protective titers to all three types to be "immune".
