Blood test fasting/p: Fating blood sugar over 100, 2 hour post prandial over 180, a1c hemoglobin more than 6.4, or two hour glucose tolerance test over 200mgm/dl that is diabetes.

A GTT: Don't know what a "ttc" is but the gold standard for finding diabetes is the glucose tolerance test.
