Not sure I understan: Are you overweight or are your daughters? All? Irrespective, all sporting activities can be engaged in and parents should lead by example. Fitness trumps weight in making a person healthy. Find physical activities your children can enjoy. And exercise together. Easier in groups than by yourself. And provide proper nutritional support for the entire family.

Lemons to lemonade: Great question? I think that with this question you are already a role model to your daughters. I ques you can point out the limitations to high performance in sports if you are overweight. You can also point out the downside of being overweight , such as diabetes, heart disease, etc. Maybe you can do a fitness program together. Good luck.
