Are finger sticks or blood draws more accurate glucose readings?

Same: With thecnology blood drawing is no better because blood takes time to getmto the lab, and red blood cells continue to consume blood sgar. Fbs has to be ordered aftder a 12 hr fasting with an hba1c.
