What's the name of the face down resuscitation method for drowning?

Doesn't have one.: This method is no longer used and prone positioning is only rarely used to remove a foreign body stuck in the throat. Standard CPR is now used and haas proven to be more effective.

Over the barrel : It is not used for many years. It was thought to help to remove water from the lungs but mostly it did regurgitation of gastric juices and possible aspiration of it.
