What is the difference between a histology and a pathology report?

Unclear question: Histology usually refers to microscopic features of a tissue. Pathology report has interpretation of the findings and is usually more than just histology. Pathology reports also deal with blood tests, microbial cultures and genetic tests.

Histology/Pathology: Pathology is just the histology of disease. That is: Histology is a more general term, meaning the microscopic examination of tissue (normal or not). Pathology refers to the microscopic examination (or microscopic histology) of diseases - what disease looks like histologically, under the microscope. Either term can be used.
