Yes: If you have physical endurance to do it, you should be able to after you have recovered from the surgery.

In 3 weeks: I limit gynecomastia patients' physical activity right after surgery. You can resume aerobic activity in 3 weeks and resume upper body weight lifting in 6 weeks.

Yes, but...: Best to wait until your surgeon has cleared you for specific activities; long-term you will be able to perform all types of exercises/activities. Best wishes.
