A member asked:

I have gynecomastia and is there any real help except surgery? esterogen blockers, special fitness training or anything else?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Unlikely: At a listed age of 36, it would be important to make sure your doctor has excluded certain medication effects or disorders as a cause. It is also important to eliminate the contribution of excess weight to the process. If you have done both, residual tissue, especially if it is true breast tissue would need surgical removal. Exercises won't remove it.
