See below: A lump above the adams apple to the right could be a number of things: thyroid lump or cyst if your thyroid is large, an enlarged lymph node, branchial cleft cyst, muscle hematoma, infected hair follicle (if shaving), lymphatic or vacular malformation, lipoma, thyroglossal dict cyst, or cancers of many types. I would get it seen as soon as you can.
