Several ways: First line treatment is protecting the nerve from the insult or injury. This may include bracing or padding the elbow. Pt is also effective to treat restriction and inflammation and improve nerve mobility. Injection is another option. Surgery is last but only with confirmed nerve injury through emg/ncs testing.
