Difficult question!: You would have to injest an extrem amount and you might be nauseous and puke. You may experience diarrheat augment bleeding if you have a coagulation problem and are on a blood thinner.. Why would this be done. From normal doses taken-(2-6g/day), you migh increase bleeding if you have a coagulation problem or are on blood thinnesr. For normals, few problems with this dose! good nutritional suppo.
