No: I am not aware of any data that shows hypoglycemia is related to miscarriage. However, i suspect that profound hypoglycemia causing major symptoms for any length of time would adversely impact pregnancy.

Maybe : Everytime your blood sugar drops to low, your adrenal glands put out adrenaline. This "fight or flight" response can destabilize your other hormone levels and these hormonal imbalances could theoretically contribute to miscarriage.
