Lots: Anything that causes inflammation of the lungs (pneumonia, smoke inhalation, congestive heart failure, etc) will produce a sound like water moving in a tube. Most of this will clear with coughing (ronchi), but if it remains, it is usually described as rales. Rales are associated principally with congestive heart failure, and needs to be treated aggressively.

Crackles: We hear wet crackles when we examine the lungs with a stethoscope. Breath sounds may be diminished f there is fluid around the lungs. If you are asking about your symptoms, it may feel that you are congested, coughing, or short of breath. Leg swelling often accompanies fluid on the lungs.
