Flu: Tamiflu is OK . Drink 2-3 liters/ day water/ gatorade ( solute so as not to dilute sodium) . Use tylenol. motrin like products if not allergic for fever. Avoid aspirin/ products containing aspirin/salicylates like peptobismol ,AlkaSletzer, Kaopectate as may cause Reyes syndrome. If getting worse, confusion weakness go to ER. Sometimes use antibiotics if secondary bacteria infection. f/u/w/doc
