Is there a safe way to give yourself anesthesia?

No!: Please do not try this anywhere. Anesthesia is the use of medications to produce unconsciousness. During this time the patient also stops breathing. As can be seen from the media unless this is done by an anesthesiologist in a hospital or clinic it can prove lethal.

NO!: NO! All anesthetic medications have potential for serious risks and complications. And every patient receiving any kind of anesthetic, even local, deserves to have someone to watch over them.
