Is it possible for a person with breast 'hypoplasia' get breast cancer?

Yes: Breast size does not have a high degree of correlation with the risk of breast cancer. Exercising regularly, keeping weight under control, and drinking in moderation are some things you can do to keep your risk lower.

YES: Everyone has breast tissue, even males. The only requirement for having breast cancer is having breast tissue. It doesn't matter how much or how little you have.
