Look to local source: I would try to contact the University of Texas Medical Branch Clinics system in your local and see if you can qualify for a income scaled treatment program. The Medical School has both researchers and practitioners in all specialties of medicine including those involved in treating Crones. They do utilize students in part of their work but all are supervised by Bord Certified physicians.
