Can the pancreas have something to do with the sweet taste of sweat?

No: Cystic fibrosis, a disease that can affect the pancreas, can change the amount of salt that is present in sweat. This does not usually contribute to the development of a sweet taste of the sweat. Diabetes, a pancreatic problem, can cause sugar to be present in the urine though.
