Nope: Adhd people are usually bright, but inattentiveness seems to make them appear slow of wit. Actually they can have far reaching areas of thought akin to thinking "outside of the box!".

No,no no: Innatentive, impulsive, hyperactive...Yes, under achieving sometimes, but intelligence or lack there of have nothing to do with adhd.
