Palpitations flushin: Most people make adrenaline appropriately, eg.Psychic or physical stress. Palpitations, sweating, etc. A rare condition is pheochromocytoma, where your adrenal puts out too much adrenaline constantly. Hypertension, often with "spells" of flushing, sweats, palpitations. Stroke or heart attack can occur. Urine and/or blood tests are needed. Beware: adrenals often have benign, incidental lumps.
