Excess adrenalin: Not good for you. This could cause high, blood pressure, rapid heart rate, sweating, and headaches. If you have such symptoms please see your doctor. If you don't have those symptoms but are unwell you also need to see your doctor. Please let me know what develops.

Very rare: Hi. The "fight or flight" response is a brief self limited excess of epinephrine and other catecholamines to help you hopefully survive an acute threat. Chronic over production of catecholamines NOT in response to an acute threat to your survival is a catecholamine excess syndrome from an adrenal medullary tumor or tumor in the sympathetic chain.
