Depends on how bad: It is you need to ask this to your OB and the doc who will be taking care of your back, you may need to have an elective section as you may not be able to labor but they are the ones who should tell you that and you may be in for a lot of pain.

Back Pain: It is always difficult to anticipate how those factors may impact you in your pregnancy. I don't think they'll have anything to do with the babies growth but you may experience from some lower back pain more so than usual. Delivery may also be difficult with a slipped disc as bearing down causes increased pain. Talk to your dr. About this.
