Several treatments: There are several treatments for spondylolisthesis ranging from observation to surgery. If there is no pain or the pain does not limit your activities to any extent, no treatment is necessary. Treatments include antiinflammatories, physiotherapy (pt), accupuncture, massage, spinal injections, and bracing. If there is bothersome pain, please see an orthopedic spine specialist to discuss.
