In what context: Ldh is checked for many different clinical scenarios - it can be used to asses acute tissue injury (heart attack), or it can be used to monitor long term illnesses like liver problems, anemia. It's hard to tell from your question what the ldh was checked for, but 219 is within the normal range.

Any symptoms?: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, information you provided is not a cause for concern. You may repeat the test in a month or so.
