whats a good over-the-counter medicine for a head cold (sinus)?

Colds: First of all, drink plenty of fluids and rest, if possible. To help with a stuffy nose, try saline nasal spray as often as necessary. A good decongestant is Pseudoephedrine taken orally - either liquid or pill.
