Doctors can evaluate: A primary care doctor can evaluate to make sure there is no internal disease going on. If symptoms are then only on the skin, a dermatologist can examine the skin and decide with the patient which lesions can be removed, how easy it is to do, how long it takes, and how much it costs.

Liver: All this could be indicative of underlying liver problem. Other possibilities are also there including malignancy. You should most certainly see ur doc asap and get tested. Also look for abdominal distenstion, yellow discoloration to skin and or eyes.
