Many choices : There are many treatment alternatives for OCD & depression. Depression is easier to treat than ocd. Most of the medications that help, depression are used for OCD as well. Ssri medications (prozac, paxil, (paroxetine) zoloft, remeron, anafrinil) are the mainstay of treating both conitions. Complex cases are best treated by a experienced doctor.
